We arrange small and large conferences. In addition, we make sure that your guests enjoy exceptionally breakfasts, lunches and dinners. It doesn’t matter if you arrange a conference for two or thousands. We pride ourselves in making sure that everybody enjoys good food.

Lightly-marinated and roasted salmon
with dill cream, radish and rye bread

Sirloin of deer with a ragout of forest mushrooms,
celeriac puree, Brussels sprouts and red currant jus

Raspberry and white chocolate mousse
on a nut base with sorbet
