Each month, our head chef Henrik Flesche chooses the best seasonal ingredients and puts together a seven-course menu. This menu is a delicious blend of the best ingredients from around the world with A Journey of Food and Wine

Regional Specialities

The elongated Norwegian coast with it's harsh climate, presents the world's very best seafood.

Norwegian kid is not widely spread, but an excellent product!
The meat is light, with a mild taste, and especially tender.
