Holmenkollen Park Hotel Rica is focusing on quality. In addition, we are also focusing on food that is environmental friendly and out of the ordinary. We want to serve our guests a gastronomic experience that they’ll remember for a long time. Norway has a number of farms that produce food in a small scale. These farms produce ecological qualityproducts that can sometimes be hard to get your hands on.

Our chefs are specialising in food from the many regions of Norway. Therefore, in order to get the best possible rawmaterials we have handpicked our local foodsuppliers. We always pick the best producer according to the season.

Why? Because our chefs are hungry for quality!

Local food on the menu is a project between Rica, KSL Matmerk, Ministry of Agriculture and Food and Innovation Norway. The purpose is to give hotels a distinctive stamp and greater diversity. In addition, it also helps small scale producers to promote their unique products.
